Alliance welcomes 3 new board members in 2020

Beginning July 1, 2020, the Alliance for Nonprofit Management welcomes these three amazing capacity builders to our board of directors, each for three-year terms running through 2023.
Thanks for your commitment to the Alliance, Amitis Oskoui, Ose Idigbe, and Aria Camaione-Lind!
Amitis Oskoui brings over 12 years of experience in research, evaluation, and project management to her work at TCC Group where she works as a consultant for nonprofit and foundation clients. She brings inclusive and innovative approaches to strategic design and implementation as well as capacity building. Above all, she is committed to improving economic development and opportunity and advancing social justice through her work.
Prior to joining TCC Group, Amitis was part of a joint research team at Princeton University and Columbia University, where she helped to advance research on labor unionization and inequality in the U.S. In previous roles, she consulted for various UN organizations on projects related to strengthening local governance, promoting social cohesion, and advancing sustainable development.
Amitis has a B.A. in Communication Studies from UCLA and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
Ose Idigbe is a Senior Consultant at Community Resource Exchange (CRE) where he leads diverse foundation, nonprofit, and government teams to solve organization and sector-wide problems and assists them with program development and evaluation, board development, and professional development. He also co-leads CRE’s risk management practice.
Previously he worked at Standard Bank of South Africa and has held multiple positions delivering strategic solutions to nonprofits, most recently at The Rockefeller Foundation’s ‘Digital Jobs Africa’ initiative, developing strategies for private sector engagement.
Ose has a Master’s in Public Administration from New York University, a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from University College London, and a Bachelor of Laws from BPP Law School London. He holds a Flawless Consulting certification, Facilitative Leadership for Social Change accreditation, and is certified in the Clark Wilson Group: 360° Feedback Surveys.
Aria Camaione-Lind is principal and chief executive officer of ARIA Strategies LLC. She has over 20 years of experience supporting mission-driven solutions in the nonprofit and education sectors, including over 10 years of experience in nonprofit management, governance, organizational development, and fund development.
Aria earned a Master’s degree in History Museum Studies in 2005. She founded her firm as ACL Associates in 2013 and rebranded as Aria Strategies in 2016. Her professional experience includes work with cultural organizations, human services providers, health-related organizations, public schools, and professional associations.
Aria is deeply committed to community service and is currently engaged in service opportunities with Girl Scouts of Western New York. She lives in Rochester, New York with her husband, three children, and their dog, Tarben.
